Abstract |
Background. At the present stage of development of market relations entrepreneurial activity is an important part of the country's economy, which necessitates the study of the constitutional right of citizens to entrepreneurial and other economic activities not prohibited by law. The problem of determining the place of the studied law in the system of fundamental rights and freedoms of a person and citizen traditional and at the same time not losing relevance. The purpose of the work is to analyze the main problems of determining the place of the constitutional right of citizens to business and other economic activities not prohibited by law in the system of fundamental rights and freedoms of a person and citizen. |
